Independent & Assisted Living
Oftentimes, our loved ones may require a little extra assistance in addition to the help they are already receiving. In many cases, having a Private Duty Aide or a Sitter can help reduce fall risks and/or provide much-needed companionship during daytimes and evenings.
Hospital Sitting
Living Well Home Care provides “Companion Hospital Sitters” to those needing a bedside advocate. Being hospitalized can be very difficult for many. Being in an unfamiliar setting, or being too weak or lethargic to express one’s requests can be tough and taxing.
Our staff can provide that peace of mind to be at one’s bedside and give that feeling of reassurance. In addition, we keep the loved ones posted on any updates or information.

Transportation
Living Well Home Care offers transportation services for active clients requiring wheelchair-accessible modes of conveyance. At times, getting in and out of a car can be unsafe not only for the care recipient, but for the family member or caregiver that’s helping. The purpose of our van is to provide that solution to those difficult times. Whether its coming home from the hospital or going to an appointment- we can help!
Our Wheelchair Accessible Van usage costs are determined on a case-to-case basis, varying in accordance with client location and estimated travel time(s).

Post Surgery Respite Care
Living Well Home Care offers short-term coverage options to those clients seeking help after surgery or minor setbacks. Whether you require post-surgery assistance or are experiencing sudden limited strength or mobility – we can assist (with any obstacle). We prioritize client well-being so you or your loved one can focus on the recovery.
